Days| Full-time | 36 hours per week | Hours: 7AM - 7:30PM, every third weekend rotation, holiday rotation How you’ll make an impact in this role Conduct initial and ongoing bio-psychosocial assessments using nursing standards, and craft personalized nursing care plans tailored to each patientâs master treatment plan. Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to plan, refine, and adapt goals, objectives, and interventions for each patientâs unique needs.
Bring care plans to life for assigned patients while leading or co-leading engaging group therapy sessions. Evaluate patient progress and partner closely with team members to adjust care strategies as patient needs evolve. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire Previous RN experience.
