Full-Time, Day Shift (36 hours/week)
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Department: Medical Surgical III Location: Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center
Be a part of a collaborative team culture built on trust, respect, and support Work with visible and supportive nurse leaders invested in your success Participate in a comprehensive onboarding and mentorship from experienced team members Meaningful involvement in patient education and discharge planning initiatives Clinical Ladder participation and ongoing growth opportunities Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans of care Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments safely and effectively Strengthen clinical skills through experience with wound care, IV insertion and management, blood collection, and enteral feeding management What We're Looking For
4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license.
In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
One year relevant experience, preferred. Licensure/certification/registration: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Why Choose Novant Health?
