Provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adult acute-care patients with diverse medical diagnosesPerform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of careAdminister medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments safely and effectivelyDevelop and strengthen clinical skills including wound care, IV insertion and management, blood specimen collection, and g-tube managementProvide care for patients with stable tracheostomies as neededEducate patients and families to support recovery, self-management, and successful discharge planningCollaborate with physicians, case managers, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive patient outcomesSupport initiatives focused on reducing readmissions and improving long-term patient successContribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and exceptional patient experiences What We're Looking ForEducation: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
