Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical Unit Join a Medical Surgical Unit team where you have flexibility in how you work and the support you need to grow. As a Medical Surgical RN, you'll provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.
Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Administer medications, IVs, and treatments safely and according to hospital policy. Assess patient needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
Collaborate with physicians and members of the care team to support positive patient outcomes. Educate patients and families to promote recovery and continuity of care. Respond promptly and professionally to patient needs.
Recognize and respond appropriately to emergencies and life-threatening situations. Maintain a safe, clean, and healing patient environment. Participate in quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
Support the orientation and training of new staff and nursing students as requested. What We're Looking For Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). Active RN license eligible to practice in Wisconsin.
Current BLS/CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire. Pay & Benefits $36.30–$56.65 per hour | Differentials for PMs, Nights & Weekends (Pay is based on experience.)
