Qualifications
✓Eighteen (18) months (minimum 24 hours per week) current RN experience in PICU or an ED that includes care of children.
Pediatric Emergency Department RN exp (in a Level One Trauma Center ED is preferred)
Charge Nurse and/or preceptor role experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere utilizing effective delegation skills. preferred
Demonstrated commitment to service excellence. preferred
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills. preferred
Demonstrated excellent communication skills. preferred
