includes rotating holiday and weekend requirement What you need to know about this position: Having a baby is one of life's most important experiences, and our Birthing Center provides a full range of delivery services to support needs before, during and after giving birth. Our Birthing Center is equipped with a Level 2 Nursery to assist and support our newborns and families. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience.
The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions. This position is hourly and is eligible for applicable shift differentials and Sunday/holiday premiums. In a status of at least 16 hours per week, employees are benefit eligible.
What is required for this position: Upon hire, you must have: Associate of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required. Within 30 days of hire you must have: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.* Within 6 months of hire you must have: Certificate in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).* *If you do not have it, CRH provides training & time to acquire certification after employment.
This position requires frequent standing, walking, talking and listening and lifting or moving more than 50 lbs.
