Role Overview As an RN Ambulatory Cont, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You¿ll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while effectively communicating with the healthcare team.

Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and teaching. Delegate, supervise, and document care for patients and their families.

Qualifications What You Will Need Required Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Current BLS or ACLS per HFHS policy.
Successful completion of HFMG Pharmacology test.
