Eligible for Up to $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, if hired externally. Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at Baptist Nassau in Fernandina Beach, FL. This is a full-time day shift opportunity.

This role requires participation in on-call rotation with a 40-minute response time and qualifies for competitive call and differential pay. Provide perioperative nursing care using the nursing process Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise patient care Coordinate care provided by ancillary services Include patients and families in developing individualized plans of care Coordinate and prepare assigned operating room cases Assess patient care needs and anticipate procedural requirements Maintain patient safety and ensure accurate documentation throughout procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams Registered Nurse
