The position will be based in the Cancer Center in the Hope Tower at JSUMC. HOPE Tower – Jersey Shore’s new H ealing O ut P atient E xperience - will provide a new healing outpatient experience for the community. Guided by a patient-centered approach toward care, and informed by the latest medical breakthroughs, HOPE Tower expands upon Jersey Shore University Medical Center's comprehensive services by providing a thoughtful and accessible health care experience.

We invite you to listen to a message from our CNO who shares what it's like to be part of Team HMH at Jersey Shore University Medical Center: Qualifications Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license is required BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire Must have a minimum of 6 months of nursing experience or be an active participant in the Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency program 2 years of oncology nursing experience preferred Oncology ambulatory infusion experience preferred OCN preferred Must obtain Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification within 30 days BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire Must be willing to work 10-hour shifts The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus are all required.
