Baptist South is hiring a Registered Nurse for our PACE Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a PRN position, hours 8am-4:30pm with no weekends or holidays required in the Pre-Admission Testing area. As an RN in the PACE Unit, you will be responsible for: Assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, supervision of care provided by supportive personnel and coordination of care provided by ancillary services Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care Coordination and preparation of assigned room/case, assessment of patient care needs and the anticipation of needs of the case Experience
2-3 years Surgical Services Nursing Experience Required Education & Credential
