Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures. Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition using sound clinical judgment. Manage pain, comfort, and recovery needs while prioritizing patient safety.

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary care teams. Educate patients and families regarding recovery expectations and post-operative care. Coordinate individualized plans of care to support optimal outcomes.

Qualifications Required Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or another compact licensure state. Preferred BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). Previous PACU, ICU, ED, or other critical care experience.
