Residents receive an individualized treatment plan, geared to meet their personal needs. A professional team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, therapists, nurses, and teachers serve hundreds of children and adolescents annually with the common goal of treating and healing trauma and building resiliency in the residents we serve. (include, but are not limited to, the following) Renders professional nursing care to patients within the treatment programs. Practices ongoing patient assessment, evaluation and update of patient care through observation of physical and behavioral symptoms and communicates pertinent data to other service areas as needed. Administers medications appropriately and documents all data accurately according to facility policy.
Participates in formulation of individual care plans for all patients and implements plan according to facility policy. Performs proper HWC techniques, demonstrating knowledge of patient and staff safety. Completes debriefings as indicated.

Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program and licensed (or license eligible) in the State of Tennessee.
