You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current Registered Nurse license for either Minnesota or Wisconsin required upon hire.
✓Must have both current MN & WI Registered Nurse license within 6 months of hire.
✓Both Minnesota and Wisconsin license must be maintained.
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) as required.
Education
✓Completion of a baccalaureate program in nursing or Associate degree RN enrolled in a bachelor of nursing program.
Qualifications
✓Minimum two (2) years in hospital operations, patient flow, or inpatient clinical coordination; Or minimum of three (3) years across various inpatient specialties in the ED and/or ICU/PCU level of care.
✓Experience managing patient flow in an acute care setting or charge RN experience.
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✓Excellent customer service and collaboration abilities.
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospital information systems (Epic or similar).
✓Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with emphasis on real-time issue resolution.
✓Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
✓Attention to detail and data accuracy.
✓Demonstrated ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
