The Staffing Resource Office (SRO) offers 13–26-week seasonal assignments. SRO Seasonal Pool team members work November – March to cover seasonal volume. Eligibility: Seasonal Pool requires a team member’s residency to be outside the state of Florida or outside certain prohibited Florida counties Eligibility criteria are re-evaluated every six months.

Eligibility documents must be produced and validated every year.

RN (Registered Nurse) License Diploma, Associate’s degree, Bachelor's degree, or higher degree in Nursing 2 years of current RN experience in an acute PCU-Progressive Care Unit setting BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association ACLS certification with the American Heart Association Facility: BayCare Health System, Staffing Resource Office Location: Varies based on the needs of the Health System Status: Pool, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM Weekend Work: Every Other On Call: No Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
