Registered Nurse PER DIEM $88.00 PER HOUR
Perform a head-to-toe assessment on all patients and re-assignments as per policy. Formulated, prioritizes and documents nursing diagnosis consistent with the assessment data. Performs patient care responsibilities considering needs specific to the patient’s age.
Ability to revise a plan of care as indicated by the patient’s response to treatment and evaluate overall plan for daily effectiveness. Knowledge of medications and their correct administration based on age of the patient and their clinical condition. Ability to perform treatments and provide services according to scope of practice.
Requirements/Qualifications: Current licensed as a Professional Registered Nurse in New York State BCLS/ACLS required Bachelors preferred Basic Arrhythmia course preferred PALS required Child abuse and Maltreatment Certification NIHSS STROKE CERTIFICATION Moderate Sedation Certification Education Associates (required) Licenses and Certifications NYS Child Abuse Cert (required) NYS RN Registration (required) NYS RN (required) Five Hours CEU Stroke (required) NIHSS Stroke (required) BLS CERT AMERICAN HEART (required) ACLS CERT AMERICAN HEART (required)
