As a Per Diem Registered Nurse in Same Day Surgery at RWJUH Rahway Hospital , you'll combine clinical expertise, thoughtful assessment, and compassionate communication to provide individualized nursing care while helping patients confidently navigate their surgical experience. Working alongside nurses, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team, you'll promote safety, quality, and continuity of care while ensuring each patient's individual needs remain at the center of the care plan.
