✓Ensure all services meet State, Federal, contract, and licensure requirements
✓Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state applying for
Certifications
✓CPR Certification required
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Qualifications
✓Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
✓Excellent computer proficiency and documentation abilities
✓Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
✓Professional verbal and written communication skills
✓Ability to motivate and lead caregivers in a positive and supportive manner
✓Reliable personal transportation is required
✓Ability to travel locally, and regionally to support additional field offices as needed
✓You will report to the Director of Nursing or Clinical Manager.
Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience; Home Care experience preferred
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, and applicable State regulations preferred
