About the role

This fast-paced unit provides the opportunity to develop strong clinical skills while caring for patients with diverse surgical and medical needs. Working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll play a critical role in helping patients recover safely and achieve positive outcomes.

What you’ll do
Provide comprehensive care toProvide comprehensive care to post-surgical and medically complex patients
Monitor and assess patientsMonitor and assess patients recovering from a variety of surgical procedures
Manage wound care, surgicalManage wound care, surgical drains, NG tubes, and other post-operative treatments
Administer IV medications, bloodAdminister IV medications, blood transfusions, anticoagulants, and tube feedings
Assess and manage painAssess and manage pain while promoting patient comfort and recovery
