Day Shift | Full-Time #LI-BB1 How you’ll make an impact in this role Partner with clinical leaders and caregivers to improve patient outcomes and quality of care. Identify quality, safety, and professional development gaps and help create improvement plans. Analyze quality and patient safety data to guide evidence-based nursing practice.
Support Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) projects, including updating order sets, guidelines, and clinical practices. Coach and mentor staff through unit rounding while helping incorporate research and best practices into patient care. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Red Cross or American Heart Association accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Work
2 years applicable experience required. 5 years preferred.
