Education
✓Graduate of accredited school of nursing required (BSN preferred)
Qualifications
✓Job requires cross training to like areas
✓Willingness to be trained for charge nurse
✓Willingness to become a preceptor after two years of nursing experience
✓Proficiency in English –verbal and written and computer skills required

Ensures care is delivered to each patient in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Texas and ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.
