Under the direction of the unit manager, this role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct age-appropriate clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
At least one year of experience in ICU or Critical Care
Required: * Bachelor of Science in Nursing Licensures &
Required: * Registered Nurse License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license * Basic Life Support Preferred: * Certified Radiology Nurse * Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Credential Note: ACLS (Must be attained within the first 90 days)
