This role is a critical member of the clinical team responsible for monitoring patients for early signs of deterioration, responding promptly to rapid response calls, Educating nursing staff on recognizing and managing patient decline. This role ensures patient safety through proactive surveillance and clinical expertise Assisting the primary RN with admission, discharge and transfers as needed Completing the admission assessment and skin check for all new admits Experience
3-5 Years Critical Care Experience Required 1-2 years Acute Care Nursing Experience Required Nursing Education Experience Education & Credential
