Days, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Start Your Nursing Career with Baystate Health Baystate Health is seeking new graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the MedSurg/Telemetry team and Nurse Residency Program at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, Massachusetts . Our inpatient acute care team provides comprehensive nursing care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs, including telemetry and intermediate care.
As a Nurse Resident, you will build a broad clinical skill set while receiving structured education, hands-on experience, and support as you transition from nursing student to professional RN. As a MedSurg/Telemetry Nurse Resident, You Will: Care for patients with medical, surgical, telemetry, and intermediate-care needs . Assess patients and monitor for changes in condition, including cardiac rhythms.
Develop your skills in individualized nursing care, medications, treatments, and interventions. Utilize advanced telemonitoring technology with access to specialists and resources throughout Baystate Health. Work alongside a strong clinical support team , including leadership, educators, and coordinators.
