Licensure
✓Requires an active Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN License.
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association (AHA) – must be obtained prior to the start of orientation..
✓Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

✓Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN)
✓Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) required for those newly hired or promoted into the position after October 1, 2025
✓Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. 2 years of experience preferred.
✓Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience.
Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
