As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence. Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred. Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Michigan. Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional registered nursing experience.
Medical Surgical Experience preferred Home health or Hospice experience is a plus Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
