The Trinitas Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is a guideline recommended, evidence based program designed to improve cardiovascular outcomes, reduce hospital readmissions, enhance quality of life, and support recovery following cardiac events and procedures. The current max capacity is 24 patients and each patient completes a program of 36 visits. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology along with proficient in interpreting cardiac rhythm strips required. Prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC.
This position offers a flexible Evening Shift Per Diem schedule working 3 days per week from 4 pm- 5:30 pm, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.
