- As an RN Clinical Manager, you'll provide both clinical leadership and hands-on support to our home health team. You'll serve as a trusted resource for field clinicians while ensuring patients receive the highest quality care. In this role, you will: Lead, mentor, and support home health clinicians Conduct in-home patient visits, assessments, and clinical evaluations Provide clinical oversight for patient care and case management Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate individualized care plans Monitor quality outcomes, compliance, and documentation standards Support onboarding, education, coaching, and performance development of clinical staff Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations, OASIS requirements, and agency policies Promote outstanding patient experiences and clinical excellence What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum 2 years of recent field experience in a Medicare
