About the role

The FLEX-ICU is a 12-bed unit specializing in the critical needs of patients within the first 24- 72 hours of illness requiring intensive nursing care. The major specialties treated in this ICU are Medicine, Surgical, Neurological and Cardiac and Donor Care patients. The patient population specializes in critical condition, with most patients generally stabilizing within 24-48 hours following admission.
