Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient treatment services to adolescents and adults at our 86-bed facility in Panama City, FL and outpatient services to adolescents and adults at our four outpatient centers located throughout the Florida Panhandle. Additionally, we offer specialized treatment for active duty military members through our Military Resiliency Program, specialized chemical dependency treatment and TMS therapy for chronic depression.

Job Duties: Conducts complete nursing assessment of all admissions including risk assessments (SAO, elopement, assault, suicide); educational needs, and medication review.
Completes all required nursing documents within established time frame. Actively participates in treatment team meetings & decisions, collects & includes data in care plan updates, assesses patient needs, designs and implements programs, and documents / evaluates patient responses. Documents nursing care and treatment progression through timely & accurate chart entries & nursing treatment plan updates.
Completes treatment plans as per policy. Appropriately notify Physician of changes in condition and other patient issues, as per policy. Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.
