✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
✓Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be completed before the end of orientation.
✓TNCC certifications to be complete no more than one year post hire.
ACLS certification preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Qualifications
✓ENCP: If the RN has never had it, need to complete no more than on year post hire.
✓1-2 years of current RN Emergency Department or ICU experience.
