This role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, delivering treatments, and supporting patients and families with education and compassionate service.
The RN collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient progress, make clinical adjustments, and advocate for the best patient outcomes, ensuring safety and adherence to evidence-based practices.
ADN required, BSN or higher preferred. Certification: Virginia or compact multistate RN (Registered Nurse) license in good standing. BLS within 90 days of hire.
ACLS & PALS or ENPC within 1 year of hire

The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
