How you'll contribute An ED RN who excels in this role: Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency environment. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure positive patient outcomes. Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations while maintaining high standards of care.
Support a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning. Communicate clearly with patients, families, and coworkers to promote a positive care experience.

AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
One year previous experience preferred Licenses: Active Arkansas or compact state RN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
