Licensure
✓Eligible for Idaho State Nursing Board examination or licensure by reciprocity.
✓Current Idaho Registered Nurse license.
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications (required upon hire, maintained every 2 years).
✓Fetal Heart Monitoring certification within one year of hire.
Education

✓Completion of Gritman Medical Center's core nursing competency assessment within 90 days of hire.
✓Completion of 10 job-appropriate CEUs per year.

✓Strong ability to assess patient conditions and implement effective care strategies.
✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
✓Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
