Good Shepherd Hospice is looking for passionate, dedicated RN to provide End of Life care to patients at home. Our Hospice RN’s: The Community Hospice RN is responsible for providing nursing care to hospice patients, residents and/or family within their home setting, focusing on symptom management and pain control. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of hospice concepts, philosophy, policies and procedures.
