· PRN - Day Shift· Rotating Weekends· 1-2 shifts per week Department Highlights:· Central Staffing department for 222-bed facility· MAGNET facility· Level III Trauma Center· Primary Stroke center· Enjoy self-scheduling to help with work/life balance.· Opportunity to work on a variety of units (PCU, Med Surg and ED Holds)· Excellent opportunities for educational and career growth including advancement opportunities in leadershipHere’s What You Need:· Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred· Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire· CLIAFE – Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency· BCLS – prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly· ACLS – within 90 days of hire required· CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training – within 90 days of hire· NIHSS - required for ICU/PCU Neighborhood 6 Months Req· 1-year experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
