Active Texas RN/LVN license (single-state) or compact required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins. Additional requirements include: Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
