Administers medications and treatments according to physician orders and department policy. Monitors patient condition and communicates changes to providers and the care team. Educates patients and families on plans of care and discharge needs.
Documents care accurately and on time in the electronic health record. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care. Required Qualifications Education and Experience Registered Nurse: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Active RN license in IN. Current BLS required. Additional certifications (such as ACLS, PALS, or TNCC) and experience requirements vary by unit.
