We are offering bonus incentives for some territories. We are currently hiring for multiple full time roles, including: Field RN Case Managers in the following primary locations: Somerville, Medford, Malden East Boston, Winthrop, Charlestown Salem, Lynn, Danvers Lynnfield, Reading, Woburn, Wilmington Rowley, Newbury, Newburyport Dracut, Lawrence, Haverhill Start of Care / Admissions RN-requires experience in a Medicare Certified Home Health setting, with OASIS documentation RN Preceptor-requires experience in a Medicare Certified Home Health setting, with OASIS documentation You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.
