Registered Nurse (RN) ICU Float Pool - Nursing Pool - Vineland - Full Time - Days

MAJOR FUNCTION: The Float Pool ICU Registered Nurse (RN) provides staffing support throughout Vineland and Elmer medical centers ICUs to adequately meet the volume and acuity of patients. Float Pool RNs perform direct patient care in a variety of ICU settings and may be reassigned to the Step-Down Units.

Education &

You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position. * BSN or MSN graduates preferred *Grandfathered Exemption of Educational Requirement: Hired on or before May 31, 2013 -- IMC Hired on or before August 4, 2015 – IMCW Hired on or before May 31, 2023 – IMCM Minimum of 3 years post education clinical experience and competencies for ICU units.
