CV ICU highlights:Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team47 bed facility including a 20 bed Cardiovascular ICU and a 27 bed Cardiac Telemetry unit.

We specialize in CABG and Valve surgeries, TAVR, Impella, IABP, and Lung procedures. As well as general cardiac including heart failure, cardiomyopathies, AMI, post heart catheterization including angioplasty, stenting, electrophysiology studies, and device implantationHere’s What You Need:Nursing Diploma Nursing is required. Associate's Degree Nursing requiredBachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.

Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire is required. One (1) year as a RN is required. BCLS is required upon hire with an expiration date greater than 3 months preferred.

Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant others need for informationMaintains continuity of patient care inter-shift, inter-hospital, and while expediting out of hospital transfers.
