Registered Nurse (RN II) – Med SurgMed Surg 3rd Floor South – RN – Full Time / NightsBring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Alliance: 10864 Texas Health Trail Fort Worth, TX 76244Work hours: Full Time (36 Hour) Night Shift; 7P-7A x3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays Department highlights:· Med Surg 3rd Floor South· Ranges from around 18-22 patients· Workplace culture 2nd to none· Great benefits / 401k / PTO· Highly engaged managementHere’s What You Need· Nursing Diploma Nursing required OR· Associate's Degree Nursing required OR· Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred· 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required· 2+ years of Tele and/or Med Surg experience in domestic hospital setting preferred· RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required AND· BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required AND· ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days required AND· CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 days required
