Registered Nurse/RN III – Labor & Delivery PRN NightsBring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Rockwall - 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032Work hours: PRN "as needed" - variable 12-hour Night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be available to work a minimum of (6) 12-hour shifts per six-week period, (2) weekend shifts per six-week period, (1) major holiday and (2) minor holiday shifts per year.

Training: Must be able to attend training at the corporate office in Arlington 8am-5pm during the first 1-5 days of hireLabor & Delivery Department Highlights:Supportive team environment and family atmosphere. Here’s What You NeedNursing Diploma required orAssociate’s degree in Nursing required orBachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred 1 year experience as registered nurse required1 year of Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferredTexas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire andBCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care required upon hire and maintained quarterlyACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire andNRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire andNRPA - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire andCPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required within 90 days of hire andSTABLE Program completion recommendedAWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring required within two years of hireA high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
