Associates Degree of Nursing (ADN) Must maintain current Texas RN License BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certified (May obtain within 90-days of hire) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certified (May obtain within 90-days of hire) Fetal Monitoring Certification (May obtain within 90-days of hire) S.
