Registered Nurse (RN) - Lead

Lake Regional Health System is looking for Lead Registered Nurse (RN) for our Laurie Clinic who is a strong leader with great communication skills; caring, personable with patients; energetic, and dependable. Someone who is able to provide safe therapeutic care and integrate their knowledge, skill set, and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families throughout the care of the patient. Key

Provides direct patient care; including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality Performs routine physical assessment Develops and implements individual plans of care in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team Recognizes abnormal assessment data and incorporates findings into the plan of care Appropriately delegates tasks and provides direction to healthcare team members.

Organizes and coordinates patient care activities (procedures, therapies, and tests) Maintain professional competency Keeping abreast of current medical and new medical developments Qualifications/Requirements: Missouri RN licensure required (BLS) certification required Annual influenza vaccine required. Additional certifications may be required for this position and will be coordinated by Lake Regional as a part of your ongoing training and development.
