More about our team Acute care medical‑surgical unit 24‑bed unit with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio 1:10 CA-to-nurse ratio Diverse patient population including medical, surgical, testing, and observation patients Common comorbidities: diabetes, hypertension, stroke, renal, and psychiatric conditions Strong team culture, improved nurse communication, and commitment to Sovah Health core values How you’ll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family. Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances. Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins. Associate degree in nursing required.
