Qualifications
✓Minimum of 1+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical unit or similar acute care setting
✓Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions
✓Proficient in patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
✓Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to manage complex patient situations
✓Ability to administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
✓Skilled in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation systems
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families
✓Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
✓Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and adherence to hospital policies and procedures
✓Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
✓Physical ability to perform nursing duties, including lifting, standing, and moving patients as required
