Registered Nurse (RN) Part-Time Nights - Mother Baby for Texas Health AllianceBring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Alliance, 10864 Texas Health Trail, Fort Worth, TX 76244Work hours: Part-time night shift, 24 hours weekly, 2-12 hours shifts, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am Mother Baby Unit Department highlights:Texas Health Alliance is a Baby-friendly and Texas 10-step designated facility.40-bed Postpartum/Newborn, couplet care Average between 170 to 200 deliveries per month and increasing volume12-bed NICU/Neonatal ICU 4 OB/ED bays14-bed LDR’s 2 OR suitesHere’s What You NeedAssociate Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferredRN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire requiredBCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly requiredNRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 90 Days of hire CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually within 90 Days of hire1 Year Experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program ReqMother Baby experience strongly preferred

Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing ProcessAssesses the patientPlans the care of the patientIntervenes as appropriateEvaluates the effectiveness of interventionsIncorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care. Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant others need for informationMaintains continuity of patient care inter-shift, inter-hospital, and while expediting out of hospital transfers.
