Licensure
✓Valid Ohio RN license
Certifications
✓Current AHA BLS certification required at the time of hire.
Education
✓Graduation from accredited school of nursing
✓BSN required or must obtain within 5 years of hire.
✓Proof of enrollment required within 6 months of hire. ** RNs with min. 2 years of acute care hospital experience may elect to forgo the BSN requirement and sign a Professional Certification MOU which must be obtained with 3 years of hire.
