From preoperative preparation to post-anesthesia recovery, we provide expert monitoring, pain management, and patient support during key transition points in the surgical process. Our team's reassuring presence ensures patients emerge from anesthesia safely and comfortably, setting the stage for a smooth recovery. We also play an instrumental role in admissions, discharges, outpatient procedures, patient education, and continuous quality improvement. Qualifications Education and Experience Required American Heart Association ACLS certificate within 4 months of hire American Heart Association BLS certification required within 30 days of hire Current Minnesota RN License For Charge RN: NRP within 4 months of hire, Inhouse Trauma Training that meets state approved criteria within one year of hire, PALS within 1 year of hire Preferred Previous experience in acute care setting Compensation and Benefits The pay range is listed above.
