✓Requirements
Licensure
✓To be considered for this Registered Nurse opportunity, you must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Certifications
✓Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification is required.
✓Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required for inpatient nursing and, if not held at the time of hire, must be obtained within one year.
Education
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with previous pediatric and/or rehabilitation nursing experience.
Qualifications
✓You are passionate about helping adolescents with complex medical and rehabilitation needs achieve greater independence
✓You enjoy building trusting relationships with young patients and supporting them through the physical and emotional challenges of rehabilitation
✓Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills guide your nursing practice

✓You thrive in an interdisciplinary environment where nurses, physicians, therapists, and families work together toward shared goals
